General technical description
32 PCN series print relays are installed in our Yamutec® USB-REL32-3A modules. These make it possible to switch loads of up to 3A or 90W. With the Multi Connection System we also achieve 100 percent protection against incorrect connection. To code the plug connections, you simply need to cut off the coding lugs.
When developing our USB output modules, we focused on industrial use. That's why the USB-REL32-3A modules meet the EMC standards and are designed according to the RoHS guidelines. We also installed control LEDs on the interface of the relay cards. These enable the activity to be read quickly. The sturdy aluminum housing can be easily mounted on walls or on a top hat rail.
USB relay module with Plug and Play technology
Benefit from the quick commissioning of our modules. Thanks to the Human Interface Device (HID) process, lengthy driver installation is no longer necessary. In addition, communication is much more reliable and faster compared to conventional modules. With the Plug and play technology ours USB-REL32-3A modules save time.
There is also the possibility of the output module with the combination
16 x 90W and 16 x 10W Option to order.
The integration of multiple USB modules in a common system
This is no problem at all with our Yamutec® modules. We make your work easier by allowing you to assign an internal identification number to our USB relay cards using an on-board coding switch. This means that up to 7 modules can be used in the same system.
Timeout function
The built-in timeout function is an output protection that automatically opens the relays of the Yamutec® USB. This happens if communication with the control PC breaks down or a software error occurs. For example, if your control system crashes, the load circuit switches off automatically and you avoid damage to the devices. You can determine yourself after which period of time the timeout function should take effect. Set your desired timeout period in second increments.
Software implementation
Yamutec®'s USB-REL32 modules enable seamless integration into various widely used programming languages through the included YMLib.dll file. This DLL file opens up a variety of possibilities and makes programming much easier.
