General technical description
Our USB 64-way relay modules are equipped with 32 PCN series print relays that can switch loads of up to 3A or 90W. Smaller loads of up to 10 watts can be switched with 32 additional print relays. The Multi Connection System used ensures that our relays are 100 percent protected from incorrect plugging. To code the plug connections, simply cut off the coding lugs.
We have designed the USB 64-fold relay module 10W & 3A for efficient use in control and regulation. The module can be used to switch strong and less powerful load circuits, making it the ideal alternative to control using two separate relay cards. The modules meet the EMC and RoHS standards. There are also control LEDs built into the USB relay card, which allow activity to be read quickly at any time. The housing is made of sturdy aluminum and offers recesses for mounting on a wall or for mounting on a top-hat rail.
USB relay module with Plug and Play technology
Thanks to the Human Interface Device (HID) process, our USB 64-way relay 10W & 3A modules do not require any driver installation. Simply plug it in and you're ready to go. In addition, communication is more reliable and faster compared to standard modules. You save through this Plug and play technology ours Yamutec® USB relay cards Time, since the time-consuming driver installation is no longer necessary.
The integration of multiple USB modules in a common system
This is no problem at all with our Yamutec® modules. We make your work easier by allowing you to assign an internal identification number to our USB relay cards using an on-board coding switch. This means that up to 7 modules can be used in the same system.
Timeout function
We have in ours USB relay cards a timeout function integrated. This is an output protection that automatically opens the relays of the Yamutec® USB 64-way relay 10W & 3A if communication with the control PC breaks down. This can happen, for example, in the event of a software error or a system crash. For more flexibility, you can decide for yourself after which period Timeout function should take hold. Set your desired timeout period in second increments.
Software implementation
The USB-REL64 modules from Yamutec® enable seamless integration into various widely used programming languages through the included YMLib.dll file. This DLL file opens up a variety of possibilities and makes programming much easier.
