General technical description
The SER-REL64_3A module is equipped with high-quality reed relays that safely switch loads of up to 10 W. The advanced multi-connection system allows the relays to be used without errors. The connections are clearly marked because the coding tabs have been removed.
Specially developed for industrial control and automation systems, the SER-REL64_3A meets EMC and RoHS requirements. Status LEDs on the relay card enable a quick check of the operating status. The robust aluminum housing is suitable for wall mounting and installation on a DIN rail.
SER relay and input modules with easy plug-and-play installation
Thanks to the serial interface, the SER-REL64 does not require any complicated driver installation and is ready for use immediately. The data is transferred reliably at up to 115200 bit/s. The plug-and-play function of the Yamutec® SER-REL64 modules makes setup quick and easy.
safety shutdown in case of connection loss
The SER-REL64_3A module is equipped with a protective function that increases operational reliability. If the connection to the control computer is interrupted by a software error or system crash, the relays are automatically deactivated. The switch-off time can be individually adjusted in increments of 100 milliseconds.
Simple software connection
The Yamutec® SER-REL64_3A modules can be easily integrated into common programming languages using the provided YMLib.dll file. This library expands the application possibilities and simplifies development. Alternatively, direct control via HyperTerminal is possible, whereby the baud rate can be adjusted in four steps from 2400 to 115200.
The output module can also be supplied in a version with a combination of
32 x 10W and 32 x 90W can be ordered.
