Technical description of the 3A 32 channel Ethernet hybrid card
This hybrid card is suitable for larger systems where the components need to be reliably protected against overvoltages and transients. The 32nd optocoupler create galvanic isolation at the input and capture signals at high frequencies. The relays create galvanic isolation at the output and switch outputs up to 3A cost-effectively. In addition, there is an adjustable timeout protection for the relays, which automatically opens or closes the relay in the event of communication problems.

Very often it is not possible to place the control PC directly near the module, so a connection to the network is necessary. For this reason, our Ethernet hybrid modules have a 100/10 Mbit Ethernet connection, which guarantees high data transfer rates. You can assign a port number, IP, submask and gateway to each module. It is also possible to access the hybrid card from anywhere in the world via our app, view its status and switch it.
Our hybrid cards comply with RoHS and EMV so that they are ideally prepared for use in industrial environments. The modules can be easily mounted on top-hat rails and are additionally protected by an aluminum housing.
