Yamutec® 32 channel Ethernet hybrid card – technical description
Our hybrid card has 32 optocoupler inputs and 32 relays on the outputs. These ensure optimal galvanic isolation of the control and regulation circuits as well as reliable signal transmission and amplification. The optocouplers work with signal voltages from 3V to 30V and can be used up to a maximum input current of 10mA. The maximum insulation voltage permitted for one minute is up to 2.5KV AC.
With the relay outputs you can switch loads up to 10W with a maximum switching voltage of 30V AC/DC. In addition, the relays have timeout protection that automatically opens or closes them if problems occur in communication with the control PC. This protects valuable components from overvoltages.

All of our modules are designed according to the RoHS and EMC guidelines, making them perfect for use in production machines and systems. The aluminum housing of the hybrid cards not only protects them, but also has cutouts for easy mounting on top-hat rails or walls.
It is possible using the included software Specify a unique IP number, a port, the submask and the gateway for each individual hybrid module. Thanks to the 100/10 Mbit Ethernet interface, you can easily control the module in the same network. If the network has access to the Internet, you can easily maintain and control the hybrid module remotely from any location using our Yamutec I/O Remote app. If you want to use several modules in the same load circuit, simply control them using the unique MAC address.
